WEEK 49: Luxuries!
Hello friends!
We also just started playing basketball on Saturdays after chapel cleaning and Mondays with a bunch of Ghanians. When the question on if basketball can be played as a contacting activity was asked to President Webster he enthusiastically encouraged the suggestion saying it sounded like a wonderful idea! So for me loving basketball I was very happy and I have enjoyed building relationships and sharing the gospel in a unique way.
I have also been able to start again with reading the Book of Mormon this time making scriptures on charity. I'm excited to see what I will be able to learn each and everyday of reading.
Love you all! until next week!
So this week was AWESOME! Sooo I'm in one of the hottest and hardest areas right now and I think President Webster is feeling for us. He bought us a brand new washing machine, two Ac units and new beds with matresses! And that's really exciting in Africa because for us our apartments don't have those things. So I was PUMPED!
This week I was also blessed with the opportunity to go to our mission tour with Elder Dube and It was a great experience (Elder Dube called on Tanner to do some role playing with him which Tanner enjoyed!)

This week 21 investigators came to church but no batisms. We had to push it back a week due to district conference however the candidates have been interviewed and found worthy to be baptized. So if all goes well we will have 6 baptisms (Gifty, Patience, Ishmael, Justina, Rita, Olivia) but one is sick and might have to wait another week. Her name is Gifty, So keep her in your prayers!
Nothing much has happened other than that but those few things were big enough for me make my entire week!
Love you all! until next week!
